After spending over 10 years working in State Government starting at the trial level and moving on to work for the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office in the Department of Motor Vehicles Section working for 5 attorneys before moving to the Appellate and Capital Litigation Division and working for 15 attorney’s as the only Paralegal. After having my daughter and desiring to work from home doing what I love I began looking into being a freelance Paralegal. I started my first job freelancing for an Appellate Attorney out of Miami, Florida who handled all types of civil litigation appeals in all 5 Circuit Courts for the State of Florida. Next I worked as a titled paralegal for a startup law company who specialized in divorce and family law and estate planning. I done a lot of administrative work which I also enjoy doing along with Paralegal work as well.
