Before becoming an LLC, Art Works! Studio had long been rooted in a passion for art and education. Founder Sasha Roberts-Levi is a seasoned educator with over 30 years of experience teaching reading, writing, and visual arts to people of all ages. After retiring from public schools, she began offering private lessons and leading creative workshops in nonprofits, memory care centers, and TBI homes. During the COVID shutdown, she transitioned online and earned certifications in Expressive Arts and SoulCollage® facilitation. In 2023, Art Works! Studio found its permanent home on the shores of beautiful Walled Lake, Michigan — a welcoming space for creative exploration and community connection.
