I also provide General Counsel services at affordable prices by serving the role of a outside general counsel for those businesses who either can’t afford their own in-house lawyer, or for those who need specific advice on an area which is outside the scope of their current in-house counsel’s expertise. These services include comprehensive, consultative services for daily business operations, including litigation avoidance, contracts, commercial and residential leasing, employment advice and entity formation.
