The Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority was founded in 1934 to provide decent, safe and sanitary accommodations for low-income families who are unable to secure their housing needs on the open market.
Its mission is to be a leader in the housing industry by ensuring clean and modern housing opportunities while promoting self-sufficiency, upward mobility, and customer satisfaction to the citizens of Trumbull County. These aims are further achieved by developing public-private partnerships, homeownership and entrepreneurial opportunities.
