Lydia Sierra Consulting (LSC) was founded by Lydia Sierra, a Bronx native with a deep commitment to community empowerment. After years of working in the nonprofit sector, Lydia saw a need for organizations to access the resources and strategies required to sustain their missions. She launched LSC to help grassroots nonprofits build strong infrastructure, secure funding, and expand their impact. What began as a one-woman operation grew through trusted relationships, proven results, and a shared vision of strengthening communities from within.
