Our mission is to help ambitious business owners maximize profitability by implementing robust financial systems so they can have peace of mind and gain clarity to propel their business forward.

We’ve worked hard to nail our guiding principles because we believe it’s important for a company to have a clear vision of how they operate. We also believe it’s important to get to know a company and its values before working with them. Check ours out below👇🏻

💸 Our Mission:
-We are passionate about helping ambitious business owners maximize profitability by implementing robust financial systems so they can have peace of mind and gain clarity to propel their business forward

Guiding Principle #1 - Unleash Clients Full Potential We are committed to educating our clients about their finances so they can make better business decisions.

Guiding Principle #2 - Open & Honest We value integrity. Open and honest communication is imperative to growth and it’s simply the right thing to do. We expect the same from our clients.

Guiding Principle #3 - Create Trust & Strategic Partnerships Warren Bennis once said, “trust is the lubrication that makes it possible for organizations to work.” To work with our clients effectively, we must develop strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect as well as effective collaboration every step of the way. In most cases, we operate as an extension of our client’s internal teams.

Guiding Principle #4 - Embrace & Drive Change through Technology and Innovation. It's what allows us to learn, and from it, we iterate, adapt and generate new ideas.

Guiding Principle #5 - Deliver Quality and Timely Services We measure the success of our firm by the quality, timeliness, and value of the work we deliver to our clients. It is this unwavering commitment to providing responsive, high-quality service to our clients.

Guiding Principle #6 - Have Fun! We rely on, support, and challenge each other. We collaborate, support each others’ learning, and have fun. We work hard to attract and retain high-performing and aligned clients, build a world-class culture, and make Propel a place to grow and thrive.

💸 Who we serve:
- We help entrepreneurs in the health, wellness, and fitness space remove the doubt, fear, and uncertainty from business finances and replace it with confidence, useful data, and knowledge.

- Mission Driven entrepreneurs who are looking to make an impact on the world through their business.

- Leaders who are actively engaged in the finances of their business and are looking for a partner they can trust to help them take their business to the next level.

-People who are open to learning and have a desire to educate themselves on their financial situation.

How We Got Started

Hello. Ola. Greetings. So glad you’re here! I’m Liz, founder and trusted advisor here at Propel. Back in 2018, I started this company with one client and a vision. Now our team gets to serve many clients, emphasize the importance of bookkeeping, maximize profits, create budgets and provide peace of mind that the business finances are in order.

But let’s rewind…

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I saw first hand that managing finances is just one of the many hats business leaders wear in their roles. When the opportunity of launching Propel presented itself, I ran with it. This was my chance to make an impact and have a flexible schedule.

When I'm not coaching my clients, you will find me spending time with my family, drinking coffee, strength training or doing anything outdoors. I want to help ease your mind by taking the burden of doing your own finances so you can spend your time where it counts. Whether that’s baking bread, building a business or both

I would recommend filing now and if taxes are owed, you have until 7/15 deadline to pay your taxes.  Some businesses are S-corps, Partnerships etc and that will affect the shareholder's personal return.  Also, if they are applying for any of the Covid-19 Loans, they will need the tax return... Try reaching out to clients you want to work with via email and say something like you are interested in potentially working together...or post on your business instagram account with some of your industry “tips” or “advice” using hashtags.  You have to be confident and put yourself out there.  I understand it is intimidating (trust me I’m an introvert) but try try indirect networking first and with time you will gain confidence then you can try scheduling in person meetings.  It’s all about taking baby steps and having some faith in yourself. I hope this helps!  Good luck! Liz

Be personal and present with clients.  Provide added value, not just a product or service.  Especially those small businesses who just needs to reach out to you and ask a question.  Respond in a timely manner and be there for your clients when they need you.
