How We Got Started
I created 3 Stories from the top floor of my DC rowhouse in 2016, after spending almost 20 years at a social change-oriented firm Vanguard Communications. Shortly after, I introduced strategic communications to the inclusion and diversity space and have been providing both internal and external communications support to brands ever since. I'm passionate about making workplaces better for all types of employees, and helping brands tell their stories of impact.
