Our basic services fall into three categories, the basic search, middle-of-the-road search and the advanced search. The basic search is for folks who have a basic idea of the area where they'd like to live. We'll search up to four neighborhoods. The fee for the basic search is $399.00.The middle-of-the-road search encompasses up to six neighborhoods. The fee for the middle-of-the-road is $449.00. The advanced search encompasses a larger geographic area, up to 8 neighborhoods, and is $499.00. In either case, we do all the work, make all the calls and schedule the appointments. At the end of the day, we'll email or fax you an itinerary of your appointments, with detailed maps and driving directions to each appointment.
