Daniel is a member of Black Artists of DC, its Archivist and a member of its Summer Bridge training staff. He is also a member of the Washington Project for the Arts. His art was chosen for the National Conference Artists' (NCA) 50th anniversary exhibition which also included DC chapter members David C. Driskell, Claudia Aziza Gibson-Hunter, Willard Taylor, Norman Parish, E. J. Montgomery and NCA founder Dr. Margaret T. Burroughs.
