Jane Singleton
Launchpad for Life
I help individuals, families, and organizations understand how the brain works—and build systems that support follow-through, communication, and performance in real life.
My work focuses on executive functioning, ADHD, autism, and language processing challenges, with an emphasis on practical, real-world strategies. Many of my clients are high-achieving students and professionals who feel capable but struggle with consistency, organization, or communication.
As a certified leadership coach, I also support clients navigating major life transitions—such as college, career shifts, and leadership roles—where increased complexity often exposes gaps in executive functioning, communication, and capacity management.
In addition to 1:1 coaching and assessments, I partner with organizations to deliver educational workshops and trainings on cognitive efficiency, capacity management, and neuroinclusive workplace systems.
These sessions help teams:
Understand how executive functioning and cognitive load impact performance and communication
Improve onboarding, feedback, and evaluation systems to increase clarity and reduce friction
Build neuroinclusive environments that support diverse thinking styles and improve retention
Strengthen communication, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness
My approach goes beyond surface-level strategies. I focus on identifying where breakdowns are happening—whether in individual habits or organizational systems—so clients and teams can build sustainable, scalable solutions.
Across all of my work, the goal is the same: to help people stop working against their brain and start building systems that align with how they think, process, and perform best.
If you’ve ever thought, “They’re capable—so why isn’t this translating into consistent performance?”—that’s exactly where this work begins.
While I had done behavior and academic intervention for years with students, the idea for Launchpad for Life started with one adult client : a bright, capable young adult with various learning disabilities, who struggled navigating the unwritten rules of the workplace, "adulting" decisions and advocating for herself with people who didn't understand accommodations and systems that didn't meet neurodivergent needs. Even more alarming was how unprepared organizations were to understand or support neurodivergent individuals in meaningful, practical ways.
To bridge this divide, I earned my ICF Executive Coaching certification—combining neuroscience expertise with a research based coaching strategies to drive both individual and organizational transformation.
Launchpad for Life believes that when we understand our own cognitive and emotional profiles, we don’t just grow—we lead with more empathy, build stronger systems, and create spaces where everyone can thrive.
