We have been a member of BBB in the past only to find out their business practices would have left them at the bottom of their list. 

The internet is not much better as much of what you see is purchased or made up. The new restaurant in town backers write good ones for them and bash the competition. 

Then we also have the award game to win the best burger, burger with ketchup, burger with onion, burger with mayo, burger with lettuce, grilled burger, fried burger, broiled burger, then 1/3 pound burger, 1/4 pound burger, 1/2 pound burger and the list of categories is endless so almost everyone wins a nice plaque to hang on their wall and all you have to do to win is enter the contest for $1000 and up.

The only way to get anything close to a real answer is to ask someone leaving the restaurant, hairdresser, shop, store or contractor customer in person.
