We enjoy the challenge and variety of equipment in commercial foodservice establishments. Servicing all types of frying, baking, steaming, toasting, brewing, slicing, mixing, and holding equipment we are experienced and familiar with the specialty equipment you need to run your business. Additionally, we service all types of refrigeration systems like walk in coolers/freezers, ice machines, cold rails, and self contained refrigeration equipment as well. Of course while we are on site servicing your specialty equipment, we'd love to look at the most basic equipment in our trade, your heating and cooling systems.

For the most part, there aren't many commercial kitchen specialists in our region. Typically HVAC companies are pressed into service in this capacity, because they are somewhat familiar with gas burning equipment, making HVAC the closest trade. That said, after specializing in kitchen equipment and seeing many HVAC technicians do a dismal job working on fryers and other 'out of trade' types of equipment with little enthusiasm or interest, I launched CKS, Commercial Kitchen Services, LLC of Watertown. I was certain I could provide our area with a 'Kitchens First' focused service that would be helpful for many businesses.
