We own a rental property and they are shut down. Since no rent is coming in, how will I be able to pay taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc?

This is a huge dilema facing most all rental property owners.  With evictions put on hold, and only federal loans getting breaks, it will be difficult.  I suggest contacting your lender to defer paying the mortgage.  If you have strong relationships with any maintenance contractors try the same.  In addition, if your tenants are not paying rent due to lack of work, request proof of layoff or reduction of hours.  Tristin Pettitt's blog is a great resourse.
