How We Got Started

I worked for 15 years on the Market Research and Customer Experience teams for the Intellectual Property & Science division of Thomson Reuters (now Clarivate), left in 2014 and took my knowledge and experience into the field to help other organizations get to the heart of what their customers need and want.
