TriState Event Planning Services is a veteran and family owned, full-service event planning company specializing in a diverse assortment of event planning categories. Our company is primarily operated and lead by a team of professional women who understands that every detail matters. If you can dream it, we can plan it.

 Wedding Services from the Bachelorette & Bachelor Parties to the Reception – we’ve got you covered.

 Social Events such as uniquely themed baby showers; Birthday & Graduation Parties; Anniversary Celebrations; Bar/Bat Mitzvahs; Craft & Vendor Events, Juried Arts & Crafts Shows.

 Corporate Events from galas to product launches, grand openings, employee and client appreciations, conferences and seminars, and meetings with take care of each corporate client from A to Z.

 Venue Management is sure to please as we take care of all of the negotiation with ease.

 Charity & Non-Profit Events offers various types of opportunities for these organizations to raise funds including but not limited to Themed or Non-Themed Galas to Masquerade Balls; Craft & Vendor Show; Women's Weekend Retreat's; Car, Truck, and/or Motorcycle Show; Motorcycle Ride; Bike Nite; Entertainment Night; Dinner & Entertainment Night (Tickets); Big Ticket Raffle - Bonanza; BINGO; Quarter Auction; Silent Auction, and more.

TriState Events offers event planning consultation from the onset of the planning process including but not limited to the planning, organization, bookings, design, decorating, set-up, execution, and clean-up. TriState Events also offers an array of al a carte planning options, resources and referrals as well additional options for Catering, Décor/Design, Entertainment, Photo Booths, Staffing, Videographers, Venues, Florists and Photographers.

How We Got Started

Our Story
Veteran, family owned & operated for 13 years. The Founder and President is detail-oriented in planning, savvy in business, effective & efficient getting results with excellent communication. She is attentive to the client’s every need.

She began event planning more than 15+ years ago while working in the corporate industry planning employee &/or client appreciation celebrations.

She later branched out into planning community involvement events & activities with various nonprofit organizations. That was when her love for event planning flourished. She next joined the direct sales industry & entered the “vendor” side of craft & vendor shows which led her into planning and organizing craft & vendor fundraising events. Having experienced both sides of the scene she thoroughly understands & implements strategic marketing & advertising campaigns for all events whether it is a regular event or a fundraising event.

We are Event/Wedding Planners as well as we have an Art & Craft Gallery Unique Gifts Shop and a few online shopping stores on Amazon, Mercari, eBay, and PoshMark. Of course our events business has halted to a complete standstill which is our primary source of income and the Gallery is closed as... (more) We are Event/Wedding Planners as well as we have an Art & Craft Gallery Unique Gifts Shop and a few online shopping stores on Amazon, Mercari, eBay, and PoshMark. Of course our events business has halted to a complete standstill which is our primary source of income and the Gallery is closed as it’s a nonessential business as well.  Thankfully, we are bringing merchandise to our home office location to continue listing on our online Shops praying there are still folks able to continue shopping to help us bring in some sort of funds. The COVID-19 definitely began drastically impacting our business as early as our events in early March when the first outbreaks began as our event attendance began decreasing. We, at The Endless Shop & TriState Events, pray only the very best for all of those who are fighting the COVID-19 virus, pray for continued good health for those who continue to maintain good health, and wish only the best for everyone. Please practice safety, social distancing, and be smart about any errands you must find yourself needing to take and be sure to maintain a minimum of six feet between you and the person or persons around you. We offered our services to assist in rendering those desired results primarily due to our connections in the military industry as we are a veteran owned and operated event planning business.
