We specialize in luxury & main market residential homes, developable land, investment properties, etc..

As Executive Sales Manager, Andy Noble is responsible for many Realtors and supportive team members. We are a top luxury real estate brand throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Martin counties in South Florida.

Andy's role is a key executive position focused on sales growth, agent coaching, recruiting, retention, training, managing, and growing all careers of the affiliated licensed real estate agents within the organization while building strong ongoing consultative and coached relationships with our top agents.

Andy must be successful at casting a big vision and effectively leading the team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the path to the office's success. The Sales Manager also has a high capacity with interpersonal relationships and is an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator as well as business coach, mentor, and manager.

How We Got Started

We began 48 years ago in Palm Beach county (Florida), and developed into THE luxury real estate brand along the coastlines of South Florida. Our 'boutique-styled' real estate brokerage has blossomed into a consistent top-performer in sales volume and agent count within the marketplace today.
