Evan and Derek met in 2019 while representing co-defendants in a criminal case. While working closely together on that case, Evan and Derek found their legal theories, strategies and legal knowledge complimented each other’s. In May of 2019, Evan and Derek officially merged the two firms forming Howard Haake, LLC.

Soon after merging, Howard Haake, LLC started expanding its footprint in the legal industry. In 2019 Howard Haake, LLC acquired a long-established practice in Wentzville, Missouri and added a number of attorneys. In 2020 the Firm expanded into Birmingham, Alabama, and will continue to expand further.

The Firm is focused now in family law, estate law, business law, business litigation, civil litigation and criminal defense. Our practice has no true limits within the State of Missouri, we handle matters from St. Louis to Columbia, Hillsboro to Lincoln County and throughout the entire State of Missouri.
