I used Site Ground for 4 years now, after getting crappy service from others like Go Daddy and Blue Host. What is awesome at Site Ground is the help is Chat generated and if they can't resolve the issue in a few minutes they have a second tier that will look and usually repair the issue in about a half hour. However for my customers I do all this for them and keep the site running.
