About Us
We teach karate and JuJitsu to all ages from 4- 84. We also have an Autism Martial Arts program for children and teens. Our focus is on Self Defense & Self Development. We stress Respect, Confidence & Fitness in a safe fun family environment. Our character development & anti bully program is integrated into our children’s classes. Only certified Black Belt Instruction.
How We Got Started
I started training in a local school in Leominster, MA almost 45 years ago. I have studied Kempo for 45yrs and JuJitsu for more than 20.

I like to get outside in the sunshine. Vitamin D is so important for stress. Drinking milk with vitamin D or taking supplements is ok, but there is something special about the sun shining on you (not a sun burn). No walls no barriers just open spaces. Doing karate in the sunshine, breathing deeply and getting a good workout at the same time is great. Boy, I hope the snow goes away soon. Doing karate inside is my second favorite.
