How We Got Started
After spending 12 years with a wonderful property management company on Anna Maria Island, (Island Vacation Properties), decided to venture out on my own after the sale of IVP. Accepted challenging property management position with infamous downtown high-rise in Sarasota that grew into establishing my own property management company! Now, have several properties under my belt to include a 60-unit community pristinely situated on 14+ acres in beautiful Sarasota...and the 280 units at Bayshore-On-the Lake- Condominium Apartment-Owners, Inc. The business is growing by leaps and bounds!
