I'd find his competitors and offer them. If he's not opening your emails, he's moving on and so should you. You never want to put all of your eggs into one basket. For me, I subscribe to the axiom that your brand is not what you say about yourself and is about what other people are saying about you. Branding is about living up to the promises you make and delivering great value. Give your customers, clients or patients a memorable experience and they will associate that with your logo and they will open your emails and literature when they see who it is from.
