We are a small family owned and operated caterer out of West Chester. Led by Chef Alex Shimpeno we provide high quality catering that will sure to please a few or a crowd. Booking weddings, private events, faires, festivals and selling packaged products at farmers markets you can find my meat where the smokes rising and the smell of succulent brisket and pork take over your senses!
