You need a budget on where you're going to start but I agree 100% Roi should be the main driver in any marketing. We're not coke or pepsi. We can't afford to spend almost 4 billion a year. We track ROI on every campaign I do for my clients. Makes for happier biz I work with and less likely I'll be let go. The market has changed. don't be 3 years behind!!
