How We Got Started
My brother and I started this business over 9 years ago. For the first couple years we broke out concrete with sledge hammers tossing it in back of an old Ford Pickup.

I have to laugh at this question because we're dealing with a customer who hasn't paid us for a job that was completed in February. They've always treated us well and give us a lot of jobs every year. We're doing our best to work with them and be patient because we don't want to damage our relationship. The last email that was sent did state how much we value our relationship. However we'll have no choice but to take legal action if it goes much longer. I explain how we have a lot of money that was spent on material and labor and it would be appreciated if they would take care of the issue ASAP. I don't believe in being nasty or use a lot of force because those type of tactics usually make things worse. But after a certain amount of time, action is required if you want to be paid. For those businesses who can't afford an attorney I would highly recommend getting Legal Shield. They'll send letters to your client for FREE. I manage Triple A Concrete but work with the W.J. Chamber as the Director of Business Relations. If you attend please come find me, next Friday February 2nd is our next one.
We did ours by Networking, educating our customers, doing great work and showing up when we said we would. It took 3-1/2 years to build it, but it was worth it.
