The company I work for, SpotOn, we had a very long meeting this morning on how we are eliminating cost for our merchants, especially in the restaurant industry. More people are resorting to online ordering. So, for our current customers, we are pausing their equipment fees and online ordering to help with the cost and revenue lost.

For future customers, we are in the works of not charging for advertising, customer engagement, appointments, website building, equipment and much more.

Aside from this, I have been calling and emailing my current book of clients to make sure they are okay and letting them know the news of how we are here to help financially in this time of crisis. Just from doing this, a sigh of relief was displayed and one of my clients started to cry because she has never felt this way from a partner in the development of her business. I got a little choked up myself. But it feels good knowing that they know I genuinely care and I’m not a typical Sales Executive like they have experienced in the past.

I love my community of businesses and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
