That depends on many things. A solopreneur could be, essentially, a freelancer. While many freelancers bring some entrepreneurial might to the table, they don't, typically- view themselves as entrepreneurs. 

I think the term "solopreneur" is one of many (too many, in my view) catchphrases that actually undermines, versus empowers, your brand. Unless a business is looking to sell to one-person business owners, no one Googles that specific term for a product or service. 

What is the thing you want to build? What industry is it in? What is the status quo of that industry? How will you crush that status quo? How strong is your industry relative to COVID? These are but a few of the questions that need to be asked. 

Owning any business, a one-person shop, or a 100 person small business, requires entrepreneurial fundamentals. But there is no magic to the term or idea of being "an entrepreneur." The magic is found in your passion for the thing you want to build, brand, and grow.
