Primary Duties include: Coordinating multiple calendars and making appointments, driving children to/from activities and supervising as needed Errands/Shopping, Maintaining multiple household inventories and restocking supplies, project management for social and philanthropic functions. Acting as 'Gate Keeper' for family working with Media/PR HR- recruiting/hiring/training domestic staff positions, handling incoming and outgoing mail/packages sourcing items and obtaining quotes. Accompanying family with travel frequently, House/Pet sitting up management, administrative (filing, record keeping, petty cash reconciliation, etc.) Scheduling appointments, overseeing routine maintenance appointments (house, vehicles), inspecting properties and meeting with subcontractors.
