I’m here to help people in high stress roles with a lot on the line.

I'm a ICF Certified Leadership and Team Coach focused on people and culture. I help my clients renew & amplify their superpowers, and identify & work through obstacles getting in the way of their goals.

There are two main things I do:

→ I coach leaders and teams on change that brings better balance to themselves and others.

→ I consult on various strategic change initiatives, focused on people and teams. Whether it’s aimed at a specific focus like Risk Management, Cybersecurity, GRC, or broad in helping teams introduce new ways of working, the sticky change we want usually starts with examining ourselves and how we show up.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve held incredibly tough but rewarding leadership roles in Cybersecurity & Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), in VC-backed startups, Big 4 consulting, and one of the most admired retail brands on the planet.

I’ve presented to Boards, Audit & Enterprise Risk Committees, built global programs and teams, and had the pleasure of working with and learning from some of the sharpest minds in the industry.

In 2018, I felt stuck and wanted to do more of what I love: helping people and teams develop and grow. I loved coaching more than anything else in the leadership roles I held over the years.

In 2019 I started down a path of learning about how to better serve others with the executive coaching certification program at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and build a business. Kinkou (keen-koh) was born. The name means “balance” in Japanese, and is a constant reminder to myself as a busy solopreneur, as well as what I’m promising to bring to my clients.

My portfolio now includes working with leaders and teams from VC-backed startups to publicly traded companies worth billions. We work on change that’s important and change that’s hard, with both of us coming out of our experiences learning new things.
