Over the years we have tried many of the standard outlets for advertising. Our referral business is the only source that produced any results. Right now my largest source of referrals is an organization know as BNI. They are a networking group and we meet every Wednesday. There are several chapters locally. My group in particular has two Real Estate members one for selling and one for buying. They could be a great referral source for you. You can look up BNI on the Web and find a chapter to visit . Mine is in  Huntersville, on Wednesday's.
