We provide counselling services to individuals and couples as well as 3-5 days intensives.
How We Got Started
After teaching nursing I decided to expand into counselling and received my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. From there I continued my education to include psychodrama, experiencal therapy, equine therapy and somatic experiencing. I then expanded into treating trauma and addictions.
