About Us
I am an attorney specializing in gifted and special education, with a particular interest in students who are twice exceptional, those who are both gifted and have a learning disability, ADHD, or other issue that impacts their education. I represent students and their families in the areas of early intervention, special education, bullying and discipline, including discipline at the university level, guardianship, residential placements, transition and adult services.
I am an experienced trial attorney having started my career as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, Brooklyn, NY leaving as a supervisor, then moving to civil trial work.
