Linda Kneidinger
Ultimate You Life & Health Coaching
I help clients break free from expectations—both internal and external—so they can create a life that capitalizes on their strengths and feels powerful. My work supports growth across key areas such as relationships, health, career direction, and a deeper sense of connection and fulfillment.
Together, we step back to identify the patterns shaping a client’s choices and experiences. We keep what’s working, gently dismantle what isn’t, and build new, sustainable ways of thinking and responding that align with their goals and values.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck or assuming what they want isn’t realistic. My role is to help them see what's possible and to develop the clarity, confidence, and mindset skills to make it real.
My genius zone is helping people get into their genius zones—where life opens up, options expand, and forward momentum feels natural again.
My work began with a simple question that first captured my curiosity as a high school athlete: How do our thoughts influence our confidence, performance, and well-being, and how can we develop thinking habits that serve our goals?
That question led me to study neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania and earn two master’s degrees in psychology. Over the years, I’ve applied this training across a varied career, helping people understand how their brains work and how to work with them instead of against them.
Today, as a certified Life and Health Coach, I specialize in helping driven professionals and athletes reduce mental noise, build emotional resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m also the author of Your Best Year Yet: Weekly Personal Growth Challenges to Unlock Your Best Self, a practical guide designed to help people create meaningful change through small, sustainable mindset shifts.
