Do you send a new client a gift after signing a contract?

Typically yes but it depends on the size of the contract/client. We have a program for our top clients in which we send them a candy jar at the start of the relationship and on a quarterly basis we send fillers. We have designed, implemented and continue to manage a similar program for several of our clients.
