As I understand you are a web designer, if so, what is your biggest challenge with your clients? It will help me and others to prevent additional Challenge.
@ Victor, I think trust is the biggest issue and then the budget. Designing from scratch is a slow process and requires patience and a lot of interaction from the get go.
