We provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment to explore your personal goals and inner strengths to help facilitate positive change. I specialize in adults, children, and adolescents. I specialize in children and adolescents struggling with oppositional defiant behaviors, anger, substance use, school and peer difficulties, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and family conflict. For adults I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, marital and family conflicts, addiction, and substance use.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working in a variety of settings and populations including community mental health clinics, schools, intensive in-home therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with students diagnosed with Autism, and adults diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome learning to live independently.
