Power to Heal LLC
I offer various modalities of Osteopathic Manual Therapy, which include Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Myofascial Release as well as Massage Therapy. I locate tensions in the body and facilitate release of these restrictions, which helps the body to heal and recover from strains in the layers of the body. This all helps the body to become more balanced and relaxed with a renewed sense of well-being. I introduce people to a wellness plan that includes essential oils and supplements to be used in combination with manual therapy and massage therapy for a healthy lifestyle. I've been in business in Minnesota for 27 years and have never missed a year of ongoing studies into better ways to help the body. I am currently studying how Craniosacral Therapy can benefit and even reverse the effects of Alzheimer's Disease. It's an exciting time to bring this level of care to relieve some of the effects of dementia. I would love to talk to you about your health and wellness. Call me at 612-201-5184. Craniosacral Therapy uses a soft touch to work with the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull, face and mouth, which make up the cranium, down to the sacrum and tailbone area. As a practitioner, I release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, which helps to eliminate the effects of stress and strengthen the body. Many problems and symptoms of dysfunction are significantly improved with Craniosacral Therapy.
I got started in a fitness and wellness in my own life when I was 12 years old. I have always worked on my own fitness goals. I attended college in Physical Therapy and worked as a PT Assistant at a State School in Texas. After moving to Minnesota, I changed my education to a major in Plant Science. All this gave me a background in human health and plant health, combined with business and art. I think that's why I love combining bodywork with essential oils and natural supplements to enhance health and wellbeing. My passion is to be of service to others by assisting release of painful restrictions and restore health and wellness, thus enhancing others' abilities to fulfill their dreams and life's purpose. I've observed that when the body doesn't move well, the mind slows down and thus the aging process begins. When pain is released, the body moves better, and the mind expands into a greater picture of what's possible. And that's a beautiful thing to behold!
