I have been stating all my life a lesson learned about 35 years ago. I will stand by my teachings of this idea. "It is the little things you take care of and the big things will flow smoothly. " This has helped me with my personal success it my field. I do know the younger generations have not stopped long enough to understand the statement. 

I have witnessed this in my profession more and more. Just take the extra time to follow up on all the small items of a project and the big item will flow smoothly . You still have to take care of all but again it is the little thing that make the project successful.

As far as people taking this and running with it, not stealing. I would hope all generations will use this as a tool in their futures for success.
