About Us
We are a fully certified drug testing provider for Employers, Attorneys and also provide consulting services to Attorneys. We can assist Attorneys in developing defense strategies in drug testing cases.
How We Got Started
We realized early on that most drug testing providers, while very familiar with workplace testing, knew little to nothing about testing in the legal community. We have had specialized training in testing in the legal arena and have been recognized by over 12 District Courts as an Expert Witness.

I would. I think they need to put the stimulus for businesses out as grants. It will still be a while before we are back to normal. In many cases a lot of businesses, like mine, have also lost revenue due to customers shutting their businesses down for good which will never be recovered. I also think they need to keep Banks and other private lending institutions out of it. They make it more difficult and have also taken some pretty big hits themselves.
We were listed and notified by the U.S. Department of Transportation that we were considered an essential business to continue drug and alcohol testing on Federally Mandated Employees. This was especially difficult since that market represents only a fraction of our customer base. We have lost...

We were listed and notified by the U.S. Department of Transportation that we were considered an essential business to continue drug and alcohol testing on Federally Mandated Employees. This was especially difficult since that market represents only a fraction of our customer base. We have lost over 65% of our gross revenues since other customers have had to shut down for now. It has put us in a rather precarious position to try to stay in operation with that much loss of gross revenue.

For one, we have a warning about symptoms posted at our entry and they are to call before entering if they have any of those symptoms. We have also provided our Staff with 3 M P 100 respirators. While this might seem like over kill the masks you see some people wearing only protects them from spreading the virus if they have it. The P 100 respirator protects my staff from exposure as well as the spread. We also wipe down all areas of potential exposure regularly. We do request people wear masks in but it is not required. I am not willing to ask people to give up their rights no matter how selfish. As Benjamin Franklin once said " Those who would deny themselves their essential liberty for a little security deserve neither liberty nor security" I think in this day and time these words are very relevant. I have found that Millenials seem to be the age group that chooses not to wear masks. Since we were designated as an essential business by the U.S. Department of Transportation to provide drug testing services to Federally Mandated employees we had to get out in front as to what precautions to institute which was difficult since the CDC was changing their reccomendations almost weekly.
