Your request was with regard to my Group (Burlington County, New Jersey) which I set up as a geographical group for nonprofits and small businesses in our service area. We only just started. Very few members. I can't respond with specifics for them.
I personally represent the Volunteer Center of Burlington County NJ, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We provide services to the community free of charge, but have no "sales" per se. The survey questions do not apply to us. Most of our services, other than community events like volunteer expos, are virtual and not impacted by COVID. Volunteerism, itself is down because of the reluctance of people to assemble in public.
