In the real estate industry we the agents do the ground work of establishing new property listings. Our industry as a whole has given access to companies like Zillow & Trulia to the data which they use to capture real estate leads. In turn they're selling those leads back to the agents. It's a real racket. Our challenge at the moment is to cast a net via online funnels to capture our clients back from the big online real estate portals. I'm currently looking towards online marketing via adwords and SEO to drive traffic to our site.
