Whether it is personal or professional growth that we desire, there are traits, practices, and habits that are not taught traditionally. We have served people, non-profits, and companies for over 40 combined years.

How We Got Started

Where were you on Aug 13th, 2018?

I was admitted to the ICU Burn Unit with a rare disease for 10 days. At that time, we didn’t know if I was going to live or die. Prior to this experience, I was working at a job that was a high sales and stressful environment. Leadership at that time was more focused on the bottom line then valuing their people. It was that experience, that has allowed us to help others and businesses understand what being a true leader is.

Absolutely! We do this on a weekly basis to see where our business is and how it is being presented to potential clients. If it starts slipping, we change our keywords etc to make sure it is on the top searches. (more) Absolutely!
