Our Mission

At Forward to Health, our mission is simple— to revive the timeless tradition of holistic medicine, make available the teachings of healing and health preservation in the modern context, and to support people forward on their individual healing journeys.

Whether this is attained via the clearing up of a chronic skin condition that pharmaceuticals had only exacerbated, or through lifestyle corrections that have allowed for a correction of proper physiological function, or through somatic work that supports people to process their traumas and emotional blockages… what always emerges on the other side is a feeling of lightness, a grounded confidence, clarity of perception & purpose, and the free-flowingness of energy.

This is the normal state of the human being when we are healthy, and I sometimes cannot believe how minor adjustments, in a short period of time, can return an ailing person to health like nothing was ever wrong.

THIS IS A TESTAMENT TO THE MEDICINE AND TO THE AMAZING GOD-GIVEN BODIES THAT WE HAVE, THAT CAN RETURN TO BALANCE WITH JUST A LITTLE BIT OF SUPPORT.
