We chose Humble Roots as the name of our company for several reasons. It is a reminder to us about where we came from and what we stand for. We came from very humble beginnings in the mountains of North Carolina. With a lot of help from friends and family, and a bunch of hard work, we started this business with a goal of providing clients with the highest quality of photography possible that accurately represents those special moments without having to spend a fortune. We always strive to remember that in our interactions with our clients and maintain those principles in the way we do business. Humble Roots Photography is a family - based business and we feel honored that you would include us in you and your family's most memorable moments.
Who We Are:
We are Bridgette and Jared Cline, an enthusiastic husband and wife photography team that has a passion for creating beautiful & timeless imagery for our clients. Our goal is to capture your emotions and your relationships in a way that exemplifies the essence of your wedding or event. We know how important choosing a photographer is from first hand experience. We'll put everything into ensuring that you have memories that are elegantly preserved for a lifetime.
Jared is the lead photographer and has always had his hand in some form of creative work. Jared is part gear nerd, part artistic painter and while not shooting photos he spends his days working as paramedic on an ambulance. Jared’s eclectic combination of talents and experiences blend together to create and capture those images you want to last forever.
Bridgette is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she studied Exercise Science. Bridgette is a National Champion cyclist, enthusiastic smoothie drinker and a lover of all things coffee. She is very talented at communicating with our clients and gathering an understanding of your stylistic preferences so that your images best represent what you are looking for in photography. As well as being adept behind the lens of a camera, Bridgette also handles most of the post production refining magic that sets working with Humble Roots apart from working with a typical photography company.
