Hello Dr. Cynthia Howard here, I work with people who are tired of being mistreated, unsafe, and judged in their environment AND who desire a safe place to share their feelings openly, conquering everything negative.
How We Got Started
It all began with my retirement from the Corporate world where I completed 40 years of dedicated service as a Human Resources Professional excelling in HR management, leadership development, HR strategies, programs and processes that drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. Thought it was the end of the road for me but God said not so, your life is just beginning!!!!
