About Us

Looking for help with a difficult work, career or life problem? We provide an 8 step process that help mid-career professionals and organizations go from distressed to well-being in 90 days or less. We use an 8 step process to design workplace wellness systems for organizations, coach leaders to develop better interpersonal skills and we train and certify mid-career professionals to use our process in their business through our International Coach Federation (ICF) approved coach training certification program.

How We Got Started

Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. started in my basement 21 years ago. It was while doing divorce mediation at my home office a client had a heart attack in my office and we had to call 911 to take him to the hospital. Since then I have been passionate about helping people and organizations move from conflict and distress to well-being. Today we help organizations use our system establish full workplace wellness systems and we coach mid-career professionals and certify them to use our 8 step process in their businesses.

Over the 21 years I have used a bunch of things but you know Calendly is quite fine and inexpensive. The other option is to hold client information sessions. We do this for our wellness coach training and for our client coaching as well. I find it the best way when you are dealing with larger... (more) Over the 21 years I have used a bunch of things but you know Calendly is quite fine and inexpensive. The other option is to hold client information sessions. We do this for our wellness coach training and for our client coaching as well. I find it the best way when you are dealing with larger volumes. With the actual clients themselves we hold scheduled times that they show up or not for training or coaching. The sooner you move to a group format the easier it is to scale. Good luck with your growth.

I often find that a conversation with the employee who is complaining is the quickest solution. This is an opportunity for them to develop some assertiveness skills with their colleagues, share their observation of the interaction, and how it makes them feel with the offender and lay out how they would like their working interactions to unfold.
