I share my journey of overcoming childhood and spousal abuse through speaking and coaching, not to dwell on the past, but to demonstrate what is possible when men choose growth, strength, and clarity.
Courageous Warrior is led by Charles Tupper, a trauma-informed life coach and speaker who helps men reclaim confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and build stronger relationships. This work is coaching-based, practical, and forward-focused, designed for men who want tools rather than therapy.
In addition to men’s coaching, we also offer premarital coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements for couples who want to build emotionally safe, respectful marriages from the start. Our proactive approach focuses on communication, resilience, and long-term relationship health.
Through coaching, speaking, workshops, and masterminds, Courageous Warrior exists to help individuals and couples turn lived experience into strength and create a future defined by intention rather than the past.
Charles Tupper’s work is rooted in lived experience and a decision to create something better.
As a child, Charles experienced abuse and later spent nearly three decades in a marriage marked by emotional harm. Between 2014 and 2017, his life changed significantly as he went through two divorces and the loss of a fiancée. After that season, he made a deliberate choice to stop surviving and start rebuilding his life.
In 2019, Charles met the woman who became his closest friend and partner, and they married in 2020. Through his healing journey, he discovered a passion for speaking about resilience, growth, and healthy relationships. In late 2024, his wife encouraged him to turn that passion into purpose by helping other men.
Charles pursued trauma informed and life coaching certifications to serve responsibly. Courageous Warrior is active in 2026, offering coaching, workshops, and speaking focused on helping men build healthier futures.
