What is our experience?
COR3 mechanical leadership has combined over 70+ years in Commercial HVAC Installation, Sales, Management Services.

Field Operations team ranging from a min of 15 to 20 years of experience per person.

Our Field Operations team works closely and communicates with project superintendents to offer extensive knowledge to resolve any projects issues that may occur.

All projects are visited by a Project Manager or a Superintendent to help assure that COR3 is providing the most adequate manpower needed and the project schedule is being satisfactorily maintained.

Safety-Our Team holds safety meetings weekly and submits all paperwork to the site superintendent to help with thisprocess.COR3 SOP is 100% PPE at all times.

All Safety credentials are up to date for all field members
