Unless the aid involves real help for those who can't pay their rent or mortgage and not just a ban on evictions and foreclosures, most of the aid will be useless and will create a housing crises down the road. That is all the previous aid did, kicked the can down the road and did nothing to help the average American.  Additionally, most of the aid went to large corporations and not true small businesses.  The lack of concern our leaders have shown for the average American is disappointing.

Stop trying to convince people to sell now.  Listen to why they are thinking of selling and then counsel them based on this information on the advantages and disadvantages of listing now vs later and also explain ways to minimize risk IF it is in their best interests to sell now.  For some, it... (more) Stop trying to convince people to sell now.  Listen to why they are thinking of selling and then counsel them based on this information on the advantages and disadvantages of listing now vs later and also explain ways to minimize risk IF it is in their best interests to sell now.  For some, it will absolutely make sense to wait and you should act in their best interest not try to convince them to sell because you want a payday.  If you stop focusing on transactions and instead focus on building relationships you won't even have to ask this question.

So far, facebook works best.  You have to keep in mind that it is social media which means you need to be social.  You have to engage with people regularly and you can't just post items you are selling. I typically continue sending properties to them to view but start backing off on the time I spend trying to reach out to them.  If they still need my services, they will follow up.  It could be something has come up or it could be they have decided to work with someone else and didn't see my...
