I've been a licensed and practicing Occupational Therapist since 1992. My specialty has always been problem solving with my patients and finding creative methods to obtain their successful independence and safety. Goal setting is another strength because I truly listen to my clients and take all aspects of their unique situation into account while working with them. A good Health Coach doesn't tell you what to do.....they help you understand your strengths and build on them within a client centered program. YOU determine your goals. YOU determine the pace of the program. YOU select the path & tools used to reach your goals. There are no "cookbook" fixes...everyone has a unique personal history, perspective of their needs, techniques that are appealing to them and others that are not. My style is very customized and private---although some group webinars, seminars, conference calls, etc. may be used successfully in the process. Virtual coaching is widely used and allows me to work with clients world-wide, however sometimes "face to face" appointments, classes and group sessions are definitely what the situation calls for on a local basis.

I graduated from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO with my B. S. in Occupational Therapy and have been licensed and practicing since 1/1992. Added Certified Life Coach in 2008 to my career path--then Health Coach Certification in 2018. I remain licensed to practice OT in the state of Florida & a CHC. In June of 2020 I became a Certified Essential Oil Coach & joined doTERRA Essential Oils as a Wellness Advocate. With my long history of helping people physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually rebuild their lives following significant life incidents, I wanted to continue-- but on a much more personal level with the goals being that of my client--not insurance dictated.
