With her 21 years of experience and knowledge as a business owner of an ABA Company and a special education private school, Jing works alongside entrepreneurs as a trusted advisor in taking actions to strengthen the core components of their businesses: people, blueprint, clinical quality, marketing, structure and processes, and execution. Jing is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a social entrepreneur, a leader, a business consultant, and a coach. She is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to organize, plan and lead, but also a creative problem solver. She finds organizational problems fascinating and likes to help her clients develop customized solutions to their businesses.

Jing has won multiple business awards such as the 2014 U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) State of Florida Women-Owned Small Business Person of the Year; the 2014 Asian Entrepreneur of the Year Award given by Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida; 2016 GrowFL Companies to Watch winner.

Jing has gone through the full business cycle of startup, growth, acquisition, and post-acquisition. With her business acumen and knowledge of the ABA, autism services and behavioral health industry, she started her consulting company, Core Action Consulting, LLC in October 2021 to help other entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their dreams while making a positive impact on the lives of others.
